Microsoft has announced a price adjustment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, GP, SL and AX effective October 1, 2025.

 

 

About On Premise Perpetual Agreements – Enhancement Plan Renewal

Maintaining older versions of an ERP system can be expensive and time-consuming. As the system ages, it becomes more complex to maintain and finding skilled personnel who can support it can become difficult. As a result, the cost of providing maintenance for older versions of the ERP system can be higher than for newer versions.

 

Annual Enhancement plan will increase for on-premise perpetual products purchased through DPL.

 

There will be an increase for annual renewals done after October 1, 2025

 

About On Premise Agreements – Additional Licenses

 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises (perpetual), Dynamics NAV (perpetual) and Dynamics GP (perpetual). Key SKUs +10%, excluding impact of updating regional conversion factors.

  • BC/NAV/GP Subscriptions. Key SKUs +10-14%, excluding impact of eliminating “on Azure” discount and updating regional conversion factors.

  • BC/NAV/GP Subscriptions using “on Azure” discount. This 5% promotional discount is being eliminated.
