Microsoft is announcing the first pricing update for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in over five years. During this period, Dynamics 365 has revolutionized customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes through its integrated applications across various business functions, including marketing, sales, customer and field service, finance, operations, and supply chain. Prices for Dynamics 365 on-premises customer engagement and operations products will rise by the same percentage as their respective cloud versions. Pricing for cloud products not mentioned above, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will stay the same.
These price changes will apply worldwide to both new and existing customers (upon renewal starting October 1, 2024), with comparable pricing in other currencies. To meet local regulations, US government list prices for these products will increase by 10% starting October 1, 2024, with a subsequent smaller increase on October 1, 2025, to align with the commercial pricing outlined above.
